I’m furious about peers dying at their own hand from forced isolation suicide. This trascends race and precedes the death of George Floyd.

Forced isolation suicides are ongoing.

Forced isolation suicide affects my life and my advocacy directly. And I’m furious civil rights entities haven’t demanded an end to forced isolation. I won’t insist others share my fury, though. That’s morally presumptuous.

Because I don’t share your moral outrage doesn’t translate as heartless or hateful or stupid or clueless or ignorant or blind or racist.

It means my moral fury priorities are different than yours and what’s important to you has little bearing to me.

And that’s okay.
