Today I witnessed a mask-donning woman grabbing phone vid of a woman choosing to go without a mask, after which the mask-donning woman hurriedly called 911 to report a person in public not wearing a mask… AND SHE HAD VIDEO PROOF!!!!

There are many hilarious aspects of this event . Also, many heartbreaking aspects of this event. Let’s focus on the hilarity òf the mask mandate.

In New Mexico, the mandate attempting to force everyone to wear a mask is an executive order from Gubner MLG. It isn’t a law. From a few colleagues who are employed by NM law enforcement agencies, their departments won’t be enforcing the mandate. Why? Because it is not a law and their departments enforce laws. Thus, law enforcement. Hilarious.

Another hilarious aspect in Gubner’ MLG’s executive order is there is a threat that if you choose not to be forced to wear a mask you will be fined $100,, no warning and no defense. President Lincoln suspended habeas corpus after much deliberation. For Gubner MLG, all it took is pouting about people not bowing to her sinister order. Hilarious.

Also, what government agencies have the lawful authority to levy this $100 fine? From my poking around the state webzone, it appears the State Police and Department of Health have this authority. But even so, what is the mechanism for collecting these fines? And what court is available to contest the charge from an executive order? This bit of info has eluded my casual parusing of the state webzone. This might take more rigorous effort and it’s really not worth my time because it’s only academic curiosity and not social justice I’m after. All the same, hilarious.

Tongue firmly in cheek, if a state troopper stops me to levy a fine for not wearing a mask, I’m going to bolt with the swiftness of the very last human on the planet in the closing hours of the foretold Zonbie Apocalypse and I’m slathered in zombie gravy making me extra desirable and delicious if overtaken by the refined human-feasting zombies with culinary savvy and grace. Hilarious.

Can you inagine the public relations nightmare if I’m shot for not wearing a mask? Again, hilarious.

Or, I might envoke the widely accepted (or widely ignored,) “Protestor Clause.” It’s a real thing and I hold one-person protests all the time. Just ask my rabbits who chewed my oak shelves last night. Oh, how I protested all by myself (because of Gubner MLG’s forced isolation executive order). Hilarious? Sure, why not.

Or, I might lawfully envoke the ADA and dare them to fine me. This generates its own public relations nightmare.

Not much hilarity to be had here. I revere the ADA and how it will help save peers lives.

You know, next time I witness such a telling confrontation in public, I must vid record the event myself. It’s good to chronicle fearful social engineering. Let’s diig up McCarthy and get his take on this.
