Because the “Wear Mask or $100” order from Gubner MLG is not a law, who is charged with levying and collecting these fines? Most New Mexico law enforcement agencies refuse to participate because they are charged with enforcing law and not executive orders.

This isn’t a moratotium on wear/don’t wear debate.

The method of Gubner MLG’s policy is lacking. It doesn’t inspire. Leadership through threat is a lousy way to lead That’s the only point I’m making.

MLG really should think these things through. She’s coming across as a bully.
