In the United States, law belongs to the citizens. And although the wording of some laws is perplexing, I’ve realized that law is not difficult; and, lawyers are necessary for the procedure of law and not law itself. The only difficulty in law is knowing the rules of a secret handshake club. Lessen the rules and by proximate cause lessen the purpose of lawyers.
Law isn’t difficult and inaccessible by nature. It’s made difficult and inaccessible by interest and design.
