The stimulus bill set at $1.9 trillion is perceived the same way as pricing items at 99 cents. The 99 cent counterfeit Pikachu toothbrush might as well be honestly priced at $1 because Americans know 99 cents is $1.

The same holds true for a $1.9 trillion stimulus bill. Respect the intelligence of Americans and just call it $2 trillion.
