Will Biden pardon Fauci for crimes he allegedly committed but hasn’t been charged with? My prediction is yes, absolutely yes. And he’s down to just days now to pardon Fauci.

Biden has already used executive orders in ways that’ll keep SCOTUS in business for decades. His use of national monuments designed specifically to shut down mineral materials extraction is one such genre of orders.

Look how he ratified the ERA all on his own. He gave Hunter a ten year retrograde, preemptive pardon for crimes he hasn’t been charged with. And now he’s threatening Americans by once again making noise about cancelling student loans, something SCOTUS already ruled is an unconstitutional executive order.

None of this is constitutionally enforceable, but enforceable or not, I predict he’ll pardon Fauci with a similar breadth. Mayorkas, Blinken, and Garland, too.
