Genuine question: Who is leading the Democrat Party?

It seems when all energies were devoted to killing Trump there was no thought given to where the Democrat Party goes next in failure. Not even the most minimal energy was reserved to guarantee continuity of leadership, much less purpose, objective, and plan.

So who’s in charge of charting a new direction for the Democrat Party? Martin? Jeffries? Schumer? Sanders? Pelosi? Hilary? Kamala? Walz? Newsom? Obama? Who? Or is hating Trump and MAGA Americans the past, present, and future of the Democrat Party?
