In 2021, conversing with a leftist colleague, I cautioned against the anti-wisdom of Pelosi impeaching Trump after he had already left office. Setting aside the infantile disrespect of using our Constitution to settle a playground fistfight, my colleague offered throwaway justifications like “We need to make sure he can never run for office again.”

Okay. That’s really the choice of the American people, but leftist logic includes knowing what’s best for everyone because dissent equals dumb. And with collective honesty, we all know the point of the second post-term impeachment. It was a last ditch effort to undo Trump’s 2016 victory over lesser, unlikable candidate Hillary.

But that’s tangential commentary. My warning was more pragmatic and predictive. As I stated to my leftist colleague, by impeaching Trump post-term Pelosi and the Democrat party were keeping Trump relevant. They were keeping Trump in the news cycle. They were extending Trump’s public platform.

Pelosi and the Democrats needed to let Trump fade from public view. They needed to let the Republicans move on from a one term president in search of a new less controversial candidate. And they needed to accept Hillary was a foreseeable blunder and concede Hillary as lessons learned.

Democrats didn’t do that. They instead impeached Trump a second time. And when his Phoenix-like popularity contrasted with the rapid collapse of Biden’s questionable leadership, the Democrat Party doubled down on their corruption in plain sight with a militarized barrage of contrived lawfare on multiple fronts.

Americans saw through all of it and voted accordingly and correctly last November. Such open corruption cannot be countenanced and rewarded. It’s anti-American and reduced our Constitution to nothing more than a feeble and ignored suggestion.The natural consequence? Trump pulled off the greatest political comeback of the century in electoral and popular triumph.

And this wouldn’t have been possible without Pelosi and the Biden Cabal keeping Trump relevant. If there is equity in blame and culpability, Pelosi and the Biden Cabal need only look in the mirror.

Trump remained relevant and in the public consciousness during the entire Biden Cabal’s regime. The open Democrat Party corruption was just as much in the public consciousness. And now he’s 47 in an unimpeachable landslide victory. There’s no finer irony for my bottom dollar than this.

And it can’t be said I didn’t offer a warning in 2021, an easily apparent prediction made unavoidably real. Not that my cultural reach was beyond the conversation with my leftist colleague. It’s just nice extending my Nostradamus caliber track record so exactly.
