I have a buddy of mine who does only civil rights litigation, and she is advising strongly I let her at specific individuals in MHRAC for actionable treatment and documented supportive lies. However, this is a moral dilemma because it would undermine the work I’ve done with APD, even before MHRAC existed. Yet, I do nothing, and I’m allowing myself to be disempowered. I’m leaning towards letting my friend to do her pro bono best to hold lies and hypocrisy accountable. As she said, what type of example am I setting for the peers I represent?
