The people of the Carolinas, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Florida are brave and encouraging. Americans are willing and capable of stepping up to do what’s right for fellow Americans and community in the wake of devastation. The attitude in countless Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok posts is:

No one from FEMA or the federal government is coming to rescue our community. We do for ourselves.

Who needs FEMA and this administration and $750? Not the people of the Carolinas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia.

Our country and our people will survive. This is all the proof I need.
